Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged or wrong item

If a product arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, tell us at the time of delivery or call us within 24 hours. We will repair or replace it.

Exchange

Unused items in original condition can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. The customer pays the transport cost for an exchange.

Custom orders

Furniture made to your own size, colour or design cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault.
